Our Remote Bookkeeping Service is a partnership between your company and ours. We ensure complete transparency and our team works with you to provide timely and accurate information to run your business while removing the daily and monthly tasks that absorb your time and money.

Each month, vendor statement reconciliation and payment must be performed as part of our remote bookkeeping services. The extent of time needed to perform these tasks will greatly differ based on the number of “30-day accounts” you have and the volume of purchases each month.
We will work with your vendors to get their statements as close to the first of each month as possible. By doing so, we will be able to have the statement paid before the 10th of each month, and as a result request an additional prompt payment discount for your company. If the statements are currently received by regular mail, we must first change this to at least emailed or downloaded.
These invoices are purchases for parts, material, or service specifically for a vehicle being repaired. They MUST be charged and entered properly into the vehicle RO in the management system before transferring to accounting.
Invoices not directly related to a vehicle repair (utilities, paint supplies, insurance, professional services, etc).
For payments made to vendors not on account (check, debit, or credit), we provide specific processes and procedures for management system and QuickBooks entry.
