Originally, AEII was the acronym for Automotive Education of Indiana, Inc. In 1998, AEII was reformed as AEII, LLC, and no longer represents an acronym. We are a founding member of the International Consulting Network (ICN).
Tony Passwater, President of AEII, has actively worked full-time within and with the Collision Industry since 1972. He comes from a 3rd generation family in the collision repair business.
