Introduction
Phase 1
We feel that success of any business relationship begins with clear communication and understanding of your business needs.

We have over 30 years of hands-on worldwide collision industry experience that provides you with the best resources available.

During this phase we clearly explain our process and determine if our products and services will be of benefit to your needs.

Assessment
Phase 2
Once we determine the best program to meet your needs, we begin with a very important assessment phase.

This assessment phase includes comprehensive information gathering tools completed prior to our on-site assessment event.

These assessment tools provide a very valuable snapshot of your business that includes important information about your operation and will generate areas of discussion for our on-site event.

The on-site event will vary based on the program selected, but generally will include 1 – 3 days.

Strategy
Phase 3
Even during our Assessment Phase we will begin to develop a clear strategy and plan for your organization.

During our evenings during our on-site we will spend time discussing these strategies and they are being developed, then provide a dynamic report once the on-site event is completed.

This detailed report will include action plans, checklists, and very comprehensive programs to direct you and your organization to success.

Implementation
Phase 4
Once the Assessment and Strategy has been completed your organization is ready for change.

This is where AEII and their affiliated members of ICN, International Consulting Network, can make your vision come true.

AEII is a specialist in program management, and this area is where most consulting groups never enter. This is where programs are successful or failures.

Many of our programs include implementation support through many mediums. This is where AEII can work to ensure your success !

Validation
Phase 5
During Implementation is it critical that KPI’s, Key Performance Indicators, are developed and monitored during this process. Without these measurements there is no way of quantifying the implementation plan.

Hand Off
Phase 6
Finally the most important phase … the Hand Off.

It is critical once the implementation and validation is complete, your organization can carry on the process.

AEII works with yourself and key champions within your organization to ensure the improvement continues and successful changes are engrained as a habit which becomes part of your organization’s culture.

Without this transformation, many programs fail because the organization relied too often on the strength of the consulting group … this must not happen !

From the onset AEII will develop a clear set of matrixes that can validate the results of the program.

This demonstrates the value of the changes taking place and provides feedback to all involved.
